Ok. Many questions: 1) is the router setup running some form of security? Sometimes those block these devices. Various manufacturers call them different names. Asus calls it aiprotection, for instance. 2) a lot of modern routers have an IoT network option, where it knows not to block these 2.4 gig devices 3) I've seen problems with placement of device and interference. These little boards don't have great antennas. 4) some routers have this mesh thing where they try to actively manage devices between the 2.4 and 5g. Make sure that 2.4 is on. Might have to disable that feature. 95% of the failures I have seen have come from the network configuration side. If that doesn't fix, can hook the bitaxe up to debug and look under the hood.
