Flensburger Weizen is a 5.1% ABV German wheat beer from Flensburger Brauerei, Germany's northernmost brewery located near the Danish border. This unfiltered hefeweizen features a naturally cloudy amber appearance with fruity notes of apple, banana, wheat, clove, and citrus, finishing with a smooth, slightly sweet character. Unlike typical Bavarian wheat beers, it has a more pronounced hop character. The brewery was founded in 1888 and is famous for its swing-top bottles and unique water sourced from Scandinavian underground streams dating back to the Ice Age. As the world's largest user of flip-top bottles, Flensburger maintains traditional German brewing methods according to the 1516 purity law. #beerstr
