There’s something sacred about this moment — a puppy curled up in my lap, trusting and content. Scripture reminds us that our relationship with animals and creation isn’t accidental. Proverbs 12:10 tells us, ā€œA righteous man cares for the needs of his animalā€ (ESV). From the very beginning, God entrusted humanity with the care of His creation — not as owners, but as stewards. Every creature reflects the creativity and goodness of our Creator, and how we treat them says something about the condition of our hearts. So yes, this dog is spoiled — and I think that’s exactly as it should be. 🐾 Good night all. #Dogstr #ChristIsKing #grownostr

ā€œBlessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. ā€œBlessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. GM Nostriches. Woke up to learn the first Epstein related arrest happened last night. Is it a one and done or the first of many? I don’t know. What I do know is that #ChristIsKing and that #BTC is fully operational. Gonna be a great day. #GrowNostr

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the season of Lent: a time of repentance, fasting, and prayer, in preparation for the great feast of the resurrection. Throughout the Old Testament, ashes are used as a sign of sorrow and repentance, and Christians have traditionally used ashes to indicate sorrow for our own sin, and as a reminder that the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23). Like Adam and Eve, we have disobeyed and rebelled against God, and are under the same judgment, ā€œYou are dust, and to dust you shall returnā€ (Genesis 3:19). But as we are marked with ashes in the same manner that we were signed with the Cross in Baptism, we are also reminded of the life we share in Jesus Christ, the second Adam (Romans 5:17, 6:4). It is in this sure hope that we begin the journey of these forty days, that by hearing and answering our Savior’s call to repent, we may enter fully into the joyful celebration of his resurrection. #AshWednesday #Lent #Jesus #Christianity #Bible #Repentance
