Voting is just a tool to understand what people think is important; it doesn't guarantee funding regardless of who votes for it. Anyone can post any campaign they want, and others are entirely free to upvote or fund it themselves. Ultimately, these are just my personal guidelines for allocating my own support.

I completely agree that hoarding funds is not in the spirit of these campaigns, so it is incredibly important that everyone only upvotes the campaigns they feel are actually doing a good job of fairly distributing BCH to the community. Obviously, some people are always going to try gaming the system for personal gain, but anyone who does just gets permanently muted by me and receives no funding or tips.
