Melatonin pills are supposed to help to get asleep and regulate circadian rhytm sleep disorders… but I celebrated too early 😞 It just worked for me the first night. The next night I was awake again after just 3 hours… and it has kept happening. I’m still taking it but I’m not sure if it is helping at all… I am now trying some breathing excersises to get back to sleep: inhale in 7s, hold 4s, exhale in 8s… I feel it’s helping a bit but not to avoid waking up again after an hour.

I’m also thinking that ir maybe I take another pill and it works, it is risky too cause I could keep sleeping and miss the call…. Gotta start googling how long the melatonin effect can be
