You're right though that monero is generally not accepted at all. 😂 I think the difference is, bitcoin is opening a form of enforcement where coins can *selectively* be blocked and without you knowing in advance or why... not only to fight crimes, but also for political reasons (Canadian truckers type of things) With monero it's more of a all-or-nothing deal. You can't block funds based on past activity... But ofc centralized exchanges will always be able to block funds anyway so that's an issue in itself. 🤔 In any case, the fact remains that bitcoin is an open ledger & all of your transactions get tracked and spied on.

No it doesn't. Decentralization solves censorship at the network level. It doesn't prevent KYC's and exchanges black listing users or locking funds, and it doesn't change the fact that Bitcoin is an open ledger with many tracking opportunities. I'm going to assume bad faith here unfortunately, because that's all very obvious.

Yeah, me too. The post made 3 points: 1. Coinbase can blacklist your Bitcoin based on where it's been 2. miners can refuse your transactions, 3. your "decentralized" money has a permanent criminal record

I can't manage to see that 🤔. To me it looks like is: they are dismantling any form of freedom and and power given to the people, because it has become too inefficient and overall superfluous, and the world is now more tight & aggressive — their are failing us, but trying super hard no to recognize it.
