I feel your pain. A mixture of 1 tablespoon of dish soap to 1 cup of water in a spray bottle will kill them if you spray directly on them. The dish soap drys out their exoskeleton, and works pretty quickly. Adding white vinegar to the mix will act as a deterrent as well. This has helped me keep them under control but hasn't solved the problem yet. Best of luck!
